Hey everyone, my partner is facing a problem while playing games in full-screen or windowed mode. Videos on streaming sites seem to freeze randomly with audio too. I've only tried basic fixes like enabling hardware acceleration in browser settings and testing Chrome and Firefox, but it still happens regardless of the number of monitors or combinations. It also occurred when she played videos behind the game's full-screen window. The games themselves work perfectly, and she can handle other tasks without issues—just the videos. I'm really stuck on this troubleshooting thing. My setup is: i7-9700 1080 Ti with 11GB RAM, 32GB storage, 2400MHz DDR4 W10, a 4K monitor (now dual screens). Thanks for any advice!
