I've been away from motherboards for a while now. Deciding it's time to retire my i9-9900k. If you're not already, I usually keep my builds running a bit longer with small upgrades. I'm okay paying a little more for better performance. Motherboard choices aren't my specialty anymore (since the 'excavator' era). I'm mainly focused on form factor, which right now has just a few options—mostly 2 or 3 models. Asus comes to mind because I've used them most and they offer a lot of features, but are there any good reasons to save $30 or $70 by picking Gigabyte or ASRock in the ITX range?
