b760 gaming with DDR4 RAM but no audio coming out from the front and rear. The drivers were updated from the official site, but the issue persists—both sides are silent. No one else has reported the same problem? What can be done about it?

During setup, no entries appear in the Device Manager for an Audio Controller on Windows 10 when BIOS is active.

Confirming the setup: No sound from the green audio port is enabled. This should function with older drivers. For front ports on the case, connect this method. If you've already tried, use the provided link and run DDU in safe mode before selecting audio, cleaning, and restarting.

Initially I thought the front port wasn't correctly linked to the motherboard, yet the green rear port shows no issues since it was made when the device was built.

I attempted to remove the software via DDU, then downloaded fresh audio drivers from Gigabyte’s site, but the issue persists and no sound appears.
