hows the used market look over there? and what sites will you use to buy parts? 800$ should be able to get you a 3080/6800xt if based on zen3 or even new 12th gen as long as you buy the gpu used and this is a relatively conservative estimate when id usually expect this for 600-700$ albiet with a used case used 3080/6800xt is pretty much the best value you can get depending on the used market and new pricing for stuff like the 7800xt/7900gre and 4070(s) so theres no real point going over unless you find a good deal on a used 3080ti/6900xt/6950xt
