New machine using a 7800x3d chip paired with a 4090. After powering it off for a while, it always starts with the integrated GPU. The BIOS lists the dedicated GPU but doesn’t work properly—changing settings or resetting the CMOS doesn’t fix it. Except for a very slow startup, everything appears normal. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
