Hello everyone, I own a Gigabyte B650 Eagle equipped with a Ryzen 7 7700X. I’m planning to use two DN-10132 Dual RJ45 cards with an Intel 82575EB chip. The motherboard features four PCI-e slots: the first is reserved for GPU or NVMe SSD, which is clear. The next two are built into the CPU, and the last one fits into the motherboard chipset. One card fits perfectly in slot 4, while the other (after replacement) doesn’t fit in any of the other slots. The manual mentions that PCIEX1_1 and PCIEX1_2 become unavailable with an AMD Ryzen 8000 series processor, but I have a 7000 series CPU, so they should be fine. The BIOS lists PCIe slot info: X16: N/A, X1_1: N/A, X1_2: N/A, X1_3: PCIe 1.0 x4 @ 1.0 x1; the cards are in slots 1 and 3 or 2 and 3. How can I ensure all PCI-e lanes are active?

Set every PCIe slot to Gen3 except the CPU-Chipset connection. Reattempt using all slots, including the primary X16 if unused. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, consider updating the network card firmware, refreshing the motherboard BIOS, and refer to a video by Hardware Haven using tape with a dual 10G Intel NIC. If those steps fail, the problem may stem from AM5 not providing sufficient PCIe lanes for your setup. Upgrading to a single 1Gb or dual 2G card, or switching to a faster 2.5G card could be the solution. If it works, please note and share what fixed it for others.

I just tried it. The fix was to configure all connected PCIe CPUs to Gen3. (X16, X1_1 and X1_2 worked, while X1_3 stayed "auto" since the default max is 3). Now I can see and use all devices on the ports.
