I purchased a NZXT pre-built a couple of months back, and recently realized I hadn’t turned on XMP. When checking my BIOS settings to activate it, I saw that my motherboard model was listed as a "B550 UD AC". I searched online but didn’t find any information about it. (It came from a Gigabyte BIOS.)

It's an OEM version built for NZXT. It'll likely be among the limited models, so you may need to contact NZXT for BIOS updates or other support links.

It's typical to find OEM-only versions of motherboards, particularly those with added WiFi features. My computer uses an ABS model with an Asrock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4s/ac, which is essentially an OEM variant of the Phantom Gaming 4s. Unfortunately, this means I have to obtain BIOS updates from the OEM instead of the manufacturer's site. In my situation, I ended up needing a BIOS update from Cyberpower since ABS doesn't provide them. I'm hoping NZXT might be a better option for your needs.
