Hello, your new Asrock Steel Legend B550 isn't displaying the brand logo or bios options. Instead, it jumps straight to the Windows interface.
It seems you're not powering off but entering sleep or standby mode. Pressing the DEL key aggressively can help you access BIOS. Be sure to shut it down correctly. You can also turn off hibernation and standby through Windows' advanced power options.
attempted to disable the power mode using cmd powercfg.exe /hibernate off and restart the PC to check if the Asrock logo appears or the BIOS settings show, but it still goes straight to Windows login. After turning it off, waited a few minutes, then turned it back on and repeatedly pressed DEL—still no display on the monitor for 2-3 minutes while the keyboard and mouse remain active. Now the screen is blank instead of showing anything.
Turn it off, detach the power cord from the supply unit, press the power switch to clear the device, then remove the CMOS battery (the small silver component on your motherboard) for a short time before reinserting it. Plug the power cable back in and press the power button again. The system might restart a few times depending on the board. You can also use the F2 key on your keyboard; some devices accept that method too. Ensure a wireless 2.4 GHz or USB keyboard is connected, as Bluetooth keyboards may require the operating system to be active for pairing.
