Hey, I see the problem. My PC won't start. The DRAM indicator lights up for a second then turns off briefly. I think it might be due to a loose connection somewhere. I experienced a BSOD after bumping my desk, which shook the PC. The error message stuck around for a while but now I can't boot at all. Someone suggested a loose connection could be the cause.

I've already tried several fixes: cleaned dust, re-seated the CPU without damaging pins, changed RAM slots one by one, cleaned contacts, updated BIOS via USB, reset CMOS by shorting contacts, removed battery and contacts for a minute, and even swapped RAM sticks. Also, I used the latest firmware and replaced the motherboard under warranty.

Tech Specs: 5600X, ASUS B550-F (WI-FI), 2x8Gb DDR4-3600 CL16, GTX 970, M.2 Boot, SSD + HDD, Corsair HX750 PSU.

Replace the RAM and check if the problem resolves. Consider forcing the RAM slot with pressurized air from a compressed air system or air can to remove dust. If that didn’t work, boot the system with only one RAM module to determine which slot or RAM is faulty. Also, verify if the BIOS needs updating. Try resetting the CMOS by shorting the clear CMOS pins or pressing the designated button and see if the system boots.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I have tried all that, including cleaning the Ram contacts, still nothing. I'll edit my original post to add in the steps you've mentioned

I understand. The main components are just CPU, motherboard, and RAM. Likely it's the RAM issue, though RAM tends to be quite reliable.

Hey there, the situation sounds frustrating. You're dealing with the same problem again despite getting new parts, and you're considering bringing your PC back to a shop for a check-up. If the issue is with the motherboard, it might be worth exploring that option under warranty. Thanks for reaching out!

It seems the motherboard might be experiencing problems. Please arrange for the return of the product via RMA.
