Don't stress about QVL lists; generally it should function properly if it's clearly DDR4. Regarding power consumption, the numbers don't reflect quality but rather efficiency. Which unit should we be considering?

The power supply's wattage isn't the main concern; what matters more is the manufacturer and the condition of its internal parts. A label might state 700 watts, but if it comes from a low-end producer, it may struggle to deliver that much. Sometimes the design includes fixed portions for 5v and 3.3v, limiting the usable power even if the total is high. Real-world tests show systems with 3080 or 3600 watts often hit around 510 watts at the max, meaning a 550-watt unit would barely suffice. A solid 650-watt supply giving at least 600 watts on the 12v rail would be perfect. Check the label for the 12v output in watts—multiply by 12 to confirm. The motherboard and CPU generally work well with DDR4 sticks, but for optimal speed they should be around 3200 or 3600 MHz. Higher speeds usually aren't worth the extra cost. For peace of mind, review the motherboard's memory list on its page; missing entries suggest the maker didn't test those sticks.

I'm setting the memory to 3600 cycles. Your PSU is from Coolermaster, and according to the chart you mentioned, it supports up to +12V with 54A, which equals 648 watts. That should be sufficient.
