Removing the CMOS battery is equivalent to clearing the CMOS. You can use a screwdriver to briefly connect two pins for 5-10 seconds. Avoid taking out the battery entirely. Check your manual to identify the correct pins for CMOS.

The CMOS reset worked. You adjusted XMP to 3600Mhz and voltage to 1.35. Windows started, but the speed remains at 2133MHz. It doesn’t seem like anything is malfunctioning.

I only worked with two modules, so I looked in the manual where it mentioned using A2/B2 instead of A1/B1 when there were just two modules. I changed the slots, and now the rams operate at 3600MHz with XMP and default voltage. Thanks for your help and patience—this was likely a user mistake.
