I was pretty set on getting the Carbon board until I stumbled across the Edge. As far as I can tell the only difference between the two boards is more RGB and 2 more USB slots on the carbon. There's a 20% price difference between the two and I was wondering if there's some other difference I'm missing out on? They're both S- on the VRM tierlist with the Carbon being slightly better but I genuinely cannot tell what else differentiates the two. Both seem good for a 5600x but I may be missing something. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

The minor variance in VRM exists between the two models—Carbon with its 12 TDA21462 60A power stages versus the Edge's 10 ISL99360 60A stages. Both deliver comparable performance in this area, and the Carbon doesn't significantly stand out over the Edge to justify the additional cost.

I thought that was what I expected. I'm going to check if I can locate the carbon at a more favorable rate just in case it looks better, but if not, I'll stick with the edge.
