B550 Aorus Elite V2 BIOS problems?
Hello Linus Community, I recently purchased an AMD processor (Ryzen 5 5600X) and a B550 Aorus Elite V2. It arrived yesterday, but I'm facing some problems. All cables are connected properly, but when I power it on, the fans activate and the RGB lights work fine—especially during the first couple of seconds when they become medium-loud before slowing down. However, the monitor doesn't display anything. Some people mentioned that the Ryzen 5 5600X needs a Q-Flash BIOS update. I tried it yesterday but it didn’t work. Maybe I did it incorrectly? I’m sure the lights should turn on after flashing, but I still can’t boot the computer. Could my motherboard be faulty? The store where I bought it was very helpful and offered warranty support. If fixing it myself is an option, could you guide me through the process? Thanks!
