I’m going to concur with @Slottr that PCIe 4 is mostly pointless unless you’re handling massive data volumes. Since GPUs don’t reach saturation, drives matter more than they do in some cases—still, it’s a poor investment. However, choosing the B550 could be justified by its long-term support and better power delivery features.
