I purchased a pre-built CyberPower PC and it indicates I have a B450M Gaming motherboard. I need to update the BIOS for a specific purpose but can't locate any drivers. Someone, please assist.

your pc displays "cyberpowerpc B450M Gaming" but the actual hardware is a renamed B450M /AC ASROCK motherboard.

You're asking if you know the right motherboard model, you can obtain the latest BIOS from ASRock.

You're asking about the absence of a serial number and wondering why it might not be assigned if purchased from Best Buy. It seems the item could have been made by Cyberpower, which would typically require a serial number. You're also curious about where such serial numbers are commonly located.

Cyberpower is likely one of the SIs using boards that are only slightly altered so an ASRock BIOS won't function. This has been observed with certain DS3H models and a few other units. Their naming conventions differ enough that standard BIOS won't work. Note: After researching, Cyberpower's 2020 BIOS is available online, but selecting ASRock in their driver settings leads to the ASRock support page instead.
