The carbon ac (by a bit), but You'll need to flash the bios (i think) for third gen ryzen. I'd just og with the tomahawk anyways. Also what chip do you plan to oc? What cooler do you have?

I already know the setup, you have the Tomahawk Max with a Ryzen 5 3600 @ 4.2 GHz on all cores and a Gigabyte ATX800 RGB cooler.

Both VRMs are the same, which means their overclocking potential should be comparable.
