Do any ATX or Micro-ATX cards with four RAM slots work with the Ryzen 5 3600 and DDR4-3600 RAM, considering most specs limit to DDR4 3200MHz or only Ryzen 3000 support?
The CPU memory controller is a single component, while the motherboard memory controller serves a different role. The truth lies in its specifications—what works depends on whether you meet the required standards. I have a 3600MHz RAM setup on my B450, but stability isn’t guaranteed.
It seems the official recommended clock speed for the top-end B450 boards is around 3466 MHz.
