I received a B450 Pro4 motherboard and purchased a good deal on Corsair Vengeance RGB 3600 speed CL18 RAM. Is this setup compatible? It might be limited to around 3200 MHz. Since I haven’t built or owned a computer before, I’m unsure about the details. A few sites said it works, while others said not so much.

The Pro4 officially handles frequencies up to 3200MHz. I wouldn't depend on it exceeding that limit, but you should be able to adjust the dims to 3200C16 and achieve performance near 3600C18.
