I'm really struggling with this setup. I've been using the b450 Aorus Elite with a Ryzen 5 2600 (2×8) and the rest of this gear. After a few days it worked, but then I tried converting my SSD from MBR to GPT using Windows 10. It caused a blue screen and I couldn't boot Windows or restore anything. I disabled BIOS, turned on Secure Boot, updated Factor, enabled CSM, and restarted. But when I tried to boot, I got a black screen with no BIOS and the motherboard lit red lights for a while. I cleared the CMOS, removed the battery for a while, changed RAM slots and even swapped out the GPU. Still nothing. I'm worried I might have damaged the motherboard, though it's brand new.

I set up my SSD on a different machine, installed the latest Windows 10, and everything functioned properly. The SSD reports its MBR. I attempted to boot without the SSD or an HDD connected, but it still isn’t working.

Need space to keep it operational? Try using Windows on the HDD and check if it functions.

What’s happening? Just a black screen.

Check if your motherboard supports BIOS Flashback and attempt that action to determine if it fixes the problem.

It works with q flash but not with plus. There are no flash BIOS buttons visible on the board or back panel.
