Couldn't update my bios because I can't format it to fat32 it's over the maximum 32 gigs that that file system supports I have disabled CSM and now the no signal message appears before the motherboard logo screen, there is a debug light at the VGA LED, i have set in bios for the pc to use integrated graphics, idk what's going on

You can format your 128GB flash drive and create a 32GB or smaller partition on it and format that as Fat32 in order to do the bios update. Once done you can format the drive again removing any partitions and set it back up as the 128GB drive. If you don't want to or can't figure out how to update the bios, at the bare minimum reset it to default settings. Reset it or clear the CMOS and don't change anything until after you have Windows installed. Trying to run Windows off a USB drive is a major pain, and not recommend unless you are only using it as a portable testing environment. I would use the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's website to create a USB installer for Windows. Then completely fresh install Windows, formatting both of your storage drives entirely via the storage drive selection in the Windows installer. Unless you have a hardware issue it should install Windows fresh with no issue. If it still isn't working you have a hardware issue and that's a whole different can of worms.
