There is no b450e available. With your board's poor VRM, the 6-core configuration won't restrict your overclocking.

As long as your chassis provides adequate airflow, keeps the VRM cool and maintains a CPU voltage below 1.3v, you should achieve stable overclocks. The Aorus line is similar to the ROG series from Asus. Before making any changes, ensure you have the latest BIOS updates and use DDR4-3200MHz RAM for optimal performance.
