Hi, I'm using an ASUS ROG STRIX 15 laptop.
Specs: Ryzen 9 5900hx with Rtx 3060 (130W)
Windows 11 drivers are up to date.
Issue continues on both Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Games are struggling; FPS stays above 90 but only 99% are smooth, most games lag between 40-55fps. FIFA 21 with game pass causes significant lag.

I can assist with running a user benchmark and provide a public link to the results.

Were there additional tasks running when you performed the test? The report indicates a significant CPU background activity of 40%, which should remain below 10%. This might lead to issues if a large portion of the CPU is occupied by other programs.

If needed, check Task Manager to identify processes consuming excessive CPU.

It seems Chrome and a malware scan are consuming all CPU resources. If the scan is active, allow it to complete, then close Chrome and retry.

Discuss how a Chrome version using just 300 MB of memory can consume 55% of 5900HX! What's going on here?

There is still a 7% background load... Hmm... Could there be any unnecessary software installed?
