Recently in my country, Iran, discussions have emerged about our government potentially restricting international internet access and shifting to a local version. I truly hope you can offer some ideas on how to bypass this, as it could be very harmful. Kindly share suggestions.

If they did, as if completely severed, you’d be in trouble. The only chance left would be to create a tailored wireless connection to a spot on the other side or rely on a satellite/internet service.

There’s only one option available. I believe relying on Starlink would be illegal in this situation.

Instead of wiring yourself, you’re stuck with a tough situation—hopefully you find some clever workaround.

The only alternative I have in mind is LoRa. However, that doesn't match the scenario, as LoRa has a very narrow bandwidth. Its main purpose for such tech is monitoring temperature or humidity in agricultural areas—consumes minimal power, transmits sparse data, and operates just a few times daily.

I truly wish they wouldn't do it; otherwise, as you mentioned, we're in a tough spot.

It appears that employing light in various ways—such as long-range, directional, or invisible wavelengths—across the border is the most reasonable approach.
