Did you confirm your connection uses a SATA port with power from the supply? Are two cables attached to the drive? Assuming no M.2 installation, check your motherboard manual for any changes. If both cables are in place, swap them and test on another port. Also, consider whether the drive is new or used.
According to the manual, I should be placed on the SATA slot and it’s a brand new unit. The SSD is detected by the BIOS but appears as RAID, and there’s no boot drive exception except for the Windows flash stick.
You’re working in a bios environment. The drive needs to be configured in AHCI mode. Avoid using RAID settings. Proceed to the advanced options and change the PCH storage mode to AHCI rather than RAID. I don’t have your board or the relevant manuals, but this should give you a general direction. Also, after disabling raid, make sure to turn off the "Intel Rapid Storage Technology" which seems to be enabled in the screenshot you shared.
