I just assembled my first PC and am trying to push my RAM up to 3200MHz. I'm using a B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC board, a Ryzen 7 2700X processor, and Trident RGB 32GB 3200MHz RAM (F4-3200C16D-32GTZRX). I've experimented with XMP settings, but the system won't boot when I pick either the 2933 or 3200MHz profiles. I've also tried overclocking manually with a DRAM calculator, yet the RAM only reaches 2133MHz. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Adjust XMP parameters, modify memory frequency below 2933 to 2666mhz. Manually set memory voltage to 1.35v. If issues persist, try 1.400v. Ensure voltage is at 1.1v. Confirm settings, then test stability by increasing frequency slightly at a time. Avoid large jumps.
