Hello everyone, seeking a simple tutorial on boosting the speed of the RAM I purchased recently. It’s a 32GB (two 16GB) Corsair DDR4 Vengeance RGB PRO Black module with PC4-28800 speed (3600 MHz), non-ECC, unbuffed, CAS 18, 1.35V, optimized for AMD Ryzen. I’m using it on a Gigabyte ABN 350n board and wanted to find out what others set it to. Please be kind and don’t assume much technical know-how—just let me know if you have any tips. Thank you!

The exact CPU isn't specified, but you can configure XMP to match its advertised performance. This also relies on the IMC and its features. Generally, setting XMP should allow it to operate at its claimed speeds.

Enable XMP support and it should adjust the signal to the advertised frequency. Keep in mind that Zen 1's IMC, which is similar to the 2400, may struggle to reach 3600. You might need to tweak voltages or start at a lower frequency before reaching 3600.
