Whenever I press the start button (Win), the start menu appears correctly, but I expected a phone link to be there as mentioned in the 24H2. Could there be a reason it's missing? I've reviewed the settings, and everything seems to be functioning properly. Someone might know why this isn't showing up. Thanks for your help.
Best regards, Fire

Are you referring to initiating Phone Link? Press the Windows key and begin typing. To bring it up in the start menu, just hit the appropriate shortcut.
