Hello! After upgrading to Windows 1909, the processor temperature isn't showing in apps but is visible in BIOS. You might need to check the system settings or use a third-party tool to view it.

When it appears in BIOS, everything seems normal—your sensor is functioning properly. If it only shows up in one app, there’s no need to worry; you can still use Open Hardware Monitor.

I was concerned about this since I have an nzxt grid V3 that manages my fans based on CPU temperature. Now it’s stuck at a single speed. I understand I could connect to the motherboard, but I’d like to use the new grid version.

You've resolved the issue. For an nzxt camera, simply remove and reinstall it—everything should function properly.
