8350FX @4.0Ghz / 850 EVO SSDs / 32GB DDR3 @2666 / win7 ultimate / auros 1080ti gaming edition (also tested with gtx770-4GB). On a 34" LG monitor, I play the game in standard resolution from 20 to 65 frames per second. In intense stations, I've reached up to 106 FPS. The game is now at version 3.3.7 and shows better performance with OCS, though running it at 720P helps lower-end systems a lot. A few small details and textures are missing, but the trade-off for higher FPS is worth it.

i5 8600K @5.1Ghz installed on an NH-D15S ASUS Prime Z370-A with 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws V 3000Mhz RAM, MSI Gaming X 1080 Ti, 250GB 860 Evo SSD and a 2TB Barracuda 7200rpm HDD. Primarily play Destiny 2 at 1080p ultra since I only have 1080p screens so far; it consistently delivers high FPS. It handles my 180Hz monitor smoothly, but running at the stock 144Hz is fine. Locking the frame rate to 144Hz maintains solid performance across most setups. I’m considering another build with an R7 2700X and Vega FE, but that’s not in use yet—I plan to install a custom watercooling loop for better cooling.

It looks like your CPU is limiting performance on your RTX 2080ti. You might want to look into overclocking or upgrading your CPU, memory, or RAM. On my Alienware Area-51m setup I use an i7 9700K at 5.00 GHz and a GTX 2070, which gives me around 60-90 FPS depending on the situation.

Thanks. Your findings look accurate after checking. The task manager shows the CPU at 99% utilization, and you're planning to upgrade to a 3800X next month.

i7-6700K running at 4.6Ghz paired with a Corsair AIO H110i MSI Z170 Gaming M3 Mobo 32GB Corsair Dominator Platinum at 3200mhz, XFX Thicc Ultra III 5700 XT, 850GQ EVGA PSU, and a 32-inch curved 4K gaming monitor. Average frame rate around 176fps in Star Citizen Max settings at 1080p with resolution scaling. The optimization seems working well, though it feels like a scam—really frustrating for that person!

This game likely wouldn’t perform well on your system, especially since your GPU is an RX 470. It’s clearly showing signs of wear after only a few titles.
