If it's covered by warranty, you can return it for exchange. If not, and you're unsure about your budget or currency, the X570 Tomahawk and X570 Tuf Plus are solid options. For Zen 3 boards, the X570 Tomahawk, Tuf Plus, and Aorus Elite are good choices. If you're planning to use a 2600X with a new board, those same models work well.

These x570/b550 models are generally affordable, staying under 300 CAD, and perform well. However, if you intend to use the 2600x with a newer board, you'll likely need an x570 since b550 doesn't support zen+.

Sure, I've verified that too. It seems AMD thought the B450 was sufficient, and the X570 launched a lot sooner.
