Get the item fast before it gets sold out again. Just received mine! Searching Amazon for 9800x3d won’t work—use the provided link. It’s from Amazon, but verify it hasn’t changed before checking out. Inventory updates can shift checkout prices. Avoid spending over $479 if you act quickly.

It will not be charged until after December 22, so you won’t pay until then. You might be able to wait six more weeks.

Sure, I get it. I’m a high school student and I might score around 9700X.

It means they won’t have it available right away if you’re expecting a delivery in six weeks or more, though it shows the timeline for restocking items not yet sold.

The 7600x3d could be preferable for gaming purposes. It also offers excellent power efficiency.

I mainly use it for coding. The 9800X3D would have been cool since it differs from previous models—its raw horsepower isn’t cut down much. I was expecting a price drop because the X3D architecture is nearly three years old. The L3$ would make compilation faster, but right now the 9700X costs $320 and the 9800X3D $480. That’s quite a gap.

This remains superior to 99.9% of competing systems. Have fun tackling your first challenges—others would prefer having them.

They have around two extra power units each. Plus, I run my systems for extended periods—right now I’m using an Ivy Bridge i5 after my Sandy Bridge i7 failed. That’s why I’m not complaining about the 9700X, just hoping I could buy something better.
