I've been checking out some of the new Xeon E-23xxG CPUs for a potential server setup, like the E-2378G (https://www.intel.ca/content/www/ca/en/p...tions.html). I noticed it came out in Q3'21, but I haven't found a retailer in Canada to buy one. Could this be due to ongoing supply chain problems lowering availability? Or is it because server parts aren't immediately available for consumer buyers after launch? I'm unsure how the timing differs between enterprise and consumer markets. Essentially, when could I realistically acquire one? If it's a supply issue, I might just keep searching, but if it's a delayed consumer release, I could consider the 22xx line instead...

Server items are typically purchased through resellers that don't handle direct sales to customers. You might want to reach out to Mem Ex or Newegg for a custom order.
