Due to auto-HDR and low-brightness SDR settings, your mouse stays in SDR mode even when HDR activates. This also affects overlays such as GW2Taco. Adjust the brightness settings or try a different profile to resolve the issue.

It seems the solution is to set the SDR content slider to 0.
