Audio recording issue – excessive low-frequency content.
I’m experimenting with OBS for recording, however the Audio Output Capture Equalizer settings don't align with my perceived sound. Specifically, there’s an excessive amount of bass. Adjusting the VST (ReaEQ) offered limited improvement. Is there a way to accurately replicate the audio I’m hearing during capture? I am utilizing Realtek HD Audio Manager from the Strix Z270f motherboard.
I’m experiencing the identical issue consistently while utilizing OBS. FFsplit, prior to its discontinuation, functioned without this problem. I’m uncertain of any specific solutions besides attempting to mitigate it by modifying your audio configurations. For instance, with Razer Synapse, disabling bass boost, sound normalization, and limiting equalizer adjustments to subtle levels prevents an overwhelming effect when reviewing recordings or broadcasting to my audience.
