i recently assembled this system about a year ago. everything functioned smoothly until i replaced the cpu with an i9 11900kf. at that time, the motherboard was new and the psu ran windows 10. when downloading games, audio would pop up unexpectedly, so i halted downloads until it stabilized. once resumed, popping continued through all ports and panels. i reinstalled windows 10 but faced recurring issues afterward. after switching to windows 11, the problem persisted with the same drivers and components. eventually, i upgraded to windows 10 again, removed potential causes like psu wires, and managed to resolve it. since then, everything seems stable, though i remain curious about the underlying cause of the audio issue during downloads.
