You're experiencing audio problems where it cuts out after some time, even though it works when you restart the game. You've already reached out to Microsoft without success, tried reinstalling Windows and drivers, adjusted settings, and tested multiple games, but the issue persists. It seems the problem might be related to system stability or driver conflicts.

Microsoft likely reviewed this. Did you adjust your default audio settings? Navigate to settings, choose sound on the left panel, scroll down to Sound Control Panel, right-click your chosen output and select set as default. If a green checkmark appears, it’s already set. Turn off any unused audio sources. During gameplay, press start and look for 'sound mixer options' to confirm the app uses the default sound setting.

Sure, I'll try my best. Just let me know what you'd like me to rewrite or adjust!

I've tested both wired and wireless speakers, as well as wired and wireless headphones. It's a recurring issue whenever I play games.

Are you certain it's not related to USB functionality? Could you provide details about your motherboard and power supply unit?

The motherboard is an M5A97 R2.0 EVO and the power supply is a Corsair 650W. I also tried using wireless earbuds, though I used a USB dongle instead. Still, it only handles game audio which doesn’t work properly.

The device features the most recent bios, and I just made the update. It runs an FX8350 system with an R9 390 processor.
