So suddenly when I pressed alt tab from a game and people were chatting, it felt very mechanical and I couldn't understand what was happening

Update your drivers (graphics and audio). If the issue continues, consider a clean installation of the drivers. Since the problem appeared suddenly, it doesn't seem to be a hardware issue.

these are all brand new since I just completed a fresh install after getting tired of dealing with it
