I need to give up with this computer right now because it makes terrible clicking noises when I play games like YouTube. This happens all the time and can even happen just by moving my mouse up and down. I've tried every single trick that anyone has suggested before, but nothing fixed it. I swapped out multiple audio channels, turned off special sound features, checked both the front and back jack connections with different headphones, replaced the internal sound card three times, disabled computer sleep modes, updated my BIOS to the newest version, and even re-enabled an old setting called HAGS that didn't work. I also switched all my drivers back to their original default settings for the PC's built-in audio chip instead of using separate ones. Even though I turned off my WiFi because it is the only way to get online, I still can't silence those annoying noises. My power outlet had no grounding issues and Windows is already fully updated. I'm only plugged into the computer with a keyboard, mouse, and headphones. Even after running latency checkers and turning on sleep modes, the test results were bad while the old settings were good, so I turned off the sleep features again but the problem remains. Since I can't fix it easily without breaking my machine further or taking too much risk, I think the problem is inside the computer itself. I am not very experienced in building computers and don't want to damage anything if I try opening up the case to check things out. Please give me some ideas before I lose all the parts of my computer!

I tried for two years almost three to solve this problem. It just boils down to windows and they won't accept my fault. This ruined all my gaming since late 2022 because it's been a long time playing on Windows. Now there is no way because of terrible pops and clicks when I pause or resume the music (it shows up in games with audio changes marked as a pop). They can't admit it. I already had dozens of PCs facing the exact same issue, even after trying different drivers, specs, peripherals, and settings.

I don't know what else to try right now. I just tried some Bluetooth headphones to see if they were blocking my connection, but no, I'm still getting that static sound when I turn up the volume while watching YouTube clips.

I've tried three times, and they're still making a crackling sound.
