I own a Corsair Gaming VOID PRO Surround Headset, and for the past 24 hours, it began outputting audio intended for my microphone alongside any background sounds I was listening to. This functionality worked correctly several days prior, and I’m unsure what caused this sudden change. Any assistance would be greatly valued.

Test the headphones on a different device; frequently, this stems from a driver problem. Verify that you reinstall the headphone drivers provided by Corsair and check for any recent Windows audio driver updates.

I recently tested this on a different machine, and it performed without issues. Therefore, the problem must be related to my current system somehow.

Navigate to Device Manager, identify your audio processing unit, and choose its properties. Within the drivers section, check for available updates. If this doesn't resolve the issue, visit your computer’s motherboard manufacturer’s website to locate drivers tailored to your exact model. Afterwards, proceed to the Corsair website and redownload the drivers specifically designed for your headset.

What's the best way to remove my headset’s drivers in order to reinstall them?

Do not proceed if you require a different approach; instead, navigate to your operating system's drive, search through "Program Files" and "Program Files (x86)", and locate a folder named Corsair. Within this folder, you will discover the necessary drivers.

I simply played with the controls, and you can faintly perceive it now, though at a remarkably low volume.

I have reviewed your submission. Could you provide the resolution for others encountering a comparable problem? Following that, the discussion can be marked as resolved, closed, and secured.
