Maybe the wrong driver was used, though it's not very likely with Realtek—it's a combo set. An odd detail is that the driver package first removes the previous one, then restarts the PC, after which you must run the setup again, install the drivers, and restart once more.

You've tried the installation again but it didn't work. Now it seems the system doesn't recognize Realtek hardware.

No realtek products found. Only HDMI and NVidia broadcasting are present. Your Gigabyte B450M DS3H might be useful.
