I recently purchased a new headset, the Steelseries Arctis Nova 3. It connects properly with the USB-C to 3.5mm cable. However, using the USB-C to USB-C connection causes audio issues—especially quiet sounds that are distorted. This happens regardless of volume settings in Windows or apps, or even when quiet tracks play. The problem isn’t related to the headphones’ volume level, but rather the volume wheel built into the headset itself. I’ve tested different cables and even used it on my laptop and phone, but nothing changed. Do you think the issue is with the headphones or if there’s a setting I can adjust?

Have you discovered a fix for this problem? You just purchased them and noticed the audio distorts when the volume drops. So far, no solutions have been found online regarding this issue.
