I own a 6750 XT and have already updated the GPU drivers without success. I've also switched to a newer BIOS version but the problem persists. Disabling the sound drivers on the motherboard hasn't resolved it either—it only occurs when using an HDMI connection, not when plugged into the GPU. There seems to be no straightforward way to flash the firmware on this model.

The audio disappears rapidly during playback. This likely relates to video or sound editing workflows, especially when using a PC for editing. The issue probably stems from editing software rather than needing GPU firmware updates. Checking driver updates from the motherboard manufacturer’s site may help, as Windows updates can sometimes cause problems. The reported bug in Windows audio is noted across versions 10 and 11.

there are occasional interruptions in audio quality while background games and YouTube play, with sudden cuts or long gaps. it seems unrelated to my sound drivers since both Realtek and AMD HD Audio work. the issue appears only when using the motherboard's driver, which I can't recall. the best fix might be switching to external speakers instead of relying on the TV.

Windows has been experiencing some audio problems lately. It's unclear if they've resolved the issue before. I'm considering that the problem might be related to Windows itself.

I discovered a video mentioning the 6700xt had a problem similar to this, which can be resolved by increasing the minimum frequency. I'm trying it now. So far, even though I'm using the 6750xt, it's fixed the issue.

Are you utilizing your monitor speakers for audio? I disable the GPU sound via Windows through the motherboard. Everything works fine. No problems with my 6900XT or 7900XT models.

I use my TV speakers as an output. I believe the problem is that my GPU minimum frequency isn't high enough. I don’t want to mess around too much with overclocking. How can I set it up so the motherboard audio goes through the GPU via HDMI?
