hello . i recently installed windows 11 and have observed that notification sounds, admin audio, USB connection alerts, and other sudden audio playbacks are crackling. this issue appeared after two weeks on windows 11, not in windows 10. could this be a problem related to the operating system or software/hardware?

I updated to Windows 10 and the issue was resolved. I also set up a new fresh version of Windows 11 on another drive. The problem persists in the new Windows 11, so is this related to Windows 11? If yes, why do I still have it?
