The connectors you see in your hand are the front panel connectors. They match a different but similar connector on the board. Check the manual again—it should be listed there.

At the bottom left of the image, you saw the audio connector connector. Those tiny connectors fit into the ports at the bottom left. Avoid the + and - symbols on the HDD and Power LEDs; just connect the cables to the correct ports.

I've already connected the cables on the bottom left image. I also attached the H.D.D. Power, Power Switch and Reset Switch.
