I recently completed my initial setup, however, upon connecting my headphones to the computer’s front port, the system indicates they are not connected within the audio configuration. Despite numerous troubleshooting steps—including driver updates, complete uninstalls and reinstalls—the issue persists. My speakers function correctly when connected, yet the headset remains unrecognized as plugged in. Could anyone offer insight into this perplexing problem?

I’ve now understood that the sound cord was concealed and unattached, causing a humorous situation; appreciate greatly your assistance and dedication.
