I recently removed all components except the motherboard to test another machine, but upon reinstallation I encountered an issue. After connecting my PSU, turning on power, and hearing fans spin, the GPU indicator lights up, but no images appear. Peripheral lights remain off. This has happened after three months of use, so it shouldn’t be a compatibility problem. I don’t recall my BIOS version clearly, though it’s likely the latest, as I updated it before swapping the CPU (which was three months prior). The CPU pins seem intact and undamaged.

Hardware: ASUS A320M-K Ryzen 5 5600X with Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black fan, Gigabyte 3060 12GB Corsair 32GB (2x16) at 3600mhz, PSU 650W Cooler Master 650W MWE V2 80+ Gold, Aerocol Bolt RGB case.

Are you certain the monitor was connected to the graphics card? Most boards include video ports, but the 5600X doesn’t have built-in graphics support.

Absolutely, that's what bothers me. The indicator isn't activating, suggesting the system hasn't completed its startup sequence.

Not always necessary. It's improbable, though LEDs might fail too. The keyboard didn't start properly, preventing the display from showing. Or perhaps it's faulty—USB cable damaged, port issues, or dirt in the connection. These possibilities may not fit your situation. Finally: every motherboard manufacturer has its codes (often BIOS-related) that could trigger beeps or lights, and sometimes something else is at play.

Adjust your RAM modules, and if that doesn't resolve the issue, test with a single stick.

It seems possible, though the keyboard functions correctly. I’ve tested it on another computer, and there are no LED indicators on the mainboard showing errors. I’ll continue looking for the issue.

I completed it. I also experimented with different RAM modules, but it didn’t help.

Ensure dust is removed from the RAM slots. In humid conditions, think about using a dry cleaning solution to restore the condition of RAM and RAM sticks. Allow at least 30 minutes after unplugging the power adapter and briefly trying to restart the PC before reinserting the RAM. This process can significantly lower the risk of excess power affecting the system and causing short circuits on the motherboard when operating. After applying the cleaner (a swab works well, but a lint-free one is better), wait another 30 minutes before reinserting the RAM and attempt to boot again. This procedure, even with minor advice, may fail if done improperly or due to unfavorable circumstances such as a poorly designed PSU retaining too much energy. It’s possible for short circuits on the mainboard or damage to connected devices. It’s unlikely but could occur. You’re warned—no responsibility is assumed for any damage you might face. If uncertain, seek professional tech support for electronics and computers.

If you encounter similar problems later, beware: my CoolerMaster fan got damaged when I tightened it too much using an electric drill, which likely caused the CPU to malfunction. I had to take it out and reattach it carefully with a standard screwdriver.
