Consider grabbing an ENB that suits you, along with immersive HUD, dynamic animations, and the Static mesh enhancement feature. SMIM also brings many in-game changes, such as weather effects and improved night skies.

Explore Vividian ENB, the top value for your money. For your setup I recommend the performance version. Here are some mods you might like: Skyrim Flora overhaul (heavy performance), Pure weather effects, Realistic Water Two, Enhanced Blood Textures, and Real Clouds.

for mod suggestions a solid list if you're aiming for great texture changes and have a decent rig (your setup meets the basic requirements) consider using Skyrim Mod Combiner and enable the ENBs option.
