Why are you not buying and installing a commercial solution? This is a long solved problem.
Rolling your own, in MS Access, is likely to fail.
Be the Project Manager. Find a real solution, with actual ongoing support. Buy that and get it installed.
I can see many many ways your winging it with MS Access will go badly wrong.
Search for "hotel management software" or related terms. Adjust the search parameters as needed. Avoid creating new analogies.
Serious inquiry – Is this genuinely a school task?
If this is indeed a project involving the development of software for a real hotel, raising such concerns on an internet forum will trigger numerous red flags.
What safeguards are in place for data security? What is the strategy for protecting sensitive information?
What is the agreement between you and the hotel management? If a data breach occurs in the future, and hundreds of customers’ personal data and payment details are compromised, who would be held responsible—the developer or the hotel?
If you cannot provide clear answers to these questions, it would be wise to abandon the project due to the potential legal risks involved.
Just halt everyone! This individual has a pattern of attempting to have others complete their tasks for them. They never return to address any inquiry and move abruptly between topics at an unexpected pace.
