Is there anything going wrong with the game? Otherwise, it seems unnecessary. Windows typically updates Intel Graphics drivers automatically, so you probably don’t need to do anything unless you encounter issues.

Gotta reopen this thread, I was reminded by opening WoW that for some reason therre are times when I log into the game it crashes my entire laptop. There's no error, the whole computer crashes. The music distorts and it gets stuck, my screen turns black too. It's happened 5 or more times now. WoW GMs just tell me to delete my Cache and WTF folders but I have a feeling it might also be connected to my graphics. Not sure what anyone can do to help but any words of wisdom would be appreciated.

You're facing issues with your system after updating or using a different driver. It seems the new driver isn't working well, causing performance problems and crashes. Consider checking the OEM drivers first, as they might be more stable. If you decide to try an update, look for a version that matches your hardware and test it carefully. You may also need to revert to the previous driver if the update causes further issues. Reverting can be tricky, so back up settings before making changes.

It's a 552T1UA HP laptop. Apologies for the previous post. Updated: Still searching for a solution to this question. It seems HP doesn't offer any support channels, I don't recall Intel's stance. Thanks! Smile
