Looking for Just Cause 4 players here? I've finished the game on my gaming PC and completed all missions. I was really into exploring the map with the Hoverboard from the Danger Rising DLC. Now I'm traveling and using Steam on a laptop. After installing JC4, my cloud saves loaded fine, but no Hoverboard appears in Steam or any DLC—even the Danger Rising DLC that includes it. The file check says everything looks normal. How can I get it back or re-equip it? Any tips would be appreciated.

This game hasn't been tried before, but it might be possible to create it using a trainer or similar setup.

It's always there, you don't have to search for it anywhere. It appears when you press a button... Oops, sorry, Op, I don't understand why it's not working. Make sure the game files are correct.

@Error 52 and @johnt, thank you for your responses. I resolved the issue and shared the update here in case others face the same problem. The DLC appeared installed in the game (with a checkmark), but after deselecting and re-selecting it, Steam started downloading it (3.5GB). After completion, launching the game revealed the hoverboard. It seemed the DLC was actually not installed at first, despite Steam showing it as done.

Steam removes the DLC after you choose not to keep it. If it was already installed, you might have reinstalled it. Either way, it was the correct action! I’m happy it worked out! Don’t forget, it’s my favorite series—even if the DLC had some issues. You could definitely give it another go.
